
Huajin® OPE-701 is a kind of high-density oxidized polyethylene wax. It is built on a highly crystalline polyethylene backbone with uniformly distributed polar groups. This unique “high-crystallinity framework + polar functional groups” structure imparts excellent plastification promotion, superior lubrication and release properties, improved pigment and filler dispersion, as well as high-temperature stability and anti-adhesion performance during processing.
The product is packaged in 25 kg woven bags and shipped on pallets, 40 bags to a pallet, and externally wrapped in calendered film. Store at room temperature in a dry area. Minimum shelf life in properly stored condition is two years from date of shipment.

It is built on a highly crystalline polyethylene backbone with uniformly distributed polar groups. This unique “high-crystallinity framework + polar functional groups” structure imparts excellent plastification promotion, superior lubrication and release properties, improved pigment and filler dispersion, as well as high-temperature stability and anti-adhesion performance during processing. The lower viscosty help it can quickly integrate into the PVC matrix, especially suitable for CPVC and transparent grade medical accessories.
